The Role

This role sits at the heart of our Partnerships team. As a Partnership Operations Associate, you’ll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes – from agreements and documents to processes that help our team do their best work.
You’ll play a key role in supporting how we work with partners, helping keep agreements accurate, resources easy to use, and processes running smoothly. It’s a detail-driven role, but one with real impact – you’ll help us build, support, and maintain the partnerships that shape the Privilee experience.
You’ll work closely with a Partnerships team that’s collaborative, supportive, and genuinely invested in doing great work together.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partnership agreements: Owning the accuracy and organisation of partner agreements – ensuring everything is up to date, consistent, and stored securely.
  • Processes & ways of working: Helping design and improve internal processes that keep partnership operations running efficiently across multiple markets.
  • Internal resources: Managing templates, documents, and tools so the team always has what they need, when they need it.
  • Team support: Supporting the Partnerships team with operational questions and tasks across all markets, you’ll be the go-to when things need clarifying or fixing.

Requirements

  • Ability to problem solve independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Comfortable adapting to new systems, processes, and tools quickly.
  • Knowledge of Google products (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Notion is valued.
